Jason is a political and public affairs consultant specializing in strategic planning, media relations, and advertising. Jason has advised multinational corporations, trade associations, and law firms in matters dealing with crisis communications and issue advocacy. He has earned a 31-5 political win record including campaigns for State Attorney General, The Supreme Court of Texas, United States Congress, State Senate, State House of Representatives, and County Judge. Prior to forming his own political consulting and public affairs company, Jason served as Chief of Staff in the Office of Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott and Communications Director to then-State Senator Todd Staples. 

Chris brings over 18 years of public and private sector experience, including over 13 years in the state legislative and executive branches. Skilled in legislative and administrative procedure, Chris has provided counsel on both budget and policy matters across all issue areas. He has served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Governor Perry, HHS Policy Director for the Offices of Governor and Lt. Governor, Committee Clerk for Rep. Harvey Hilderbran, and Chief of Staff for former Rep. Arlene Wohlgemuth. In the private sector, Chris worked for Accenture, a Global Fortune 500 Company, with the company's public service practice. His service included policy expertise, managing an initiative working with client legal staff to identify and resolve data sharing issues, and overseeing improvements in the processing of public assistance applications. Prior to his time with Accenture, Chris provided policy counsel to other private and public sector clients.  As part of his volunteer activities, Chris serves on the board of management for the Texas YMCA Youth and Government.

Ashley has been with Caddo Associates since 2009. Before joining the Caddo team, Ashley served as Legislative Director in the Office of State Representative Mark Shelton during the 81st Legislative Session. Ashley has formerly worked as Assistant Editor for the Texas Bar Journal and the Political Research Quarterly, as well as a constituent services liaison in the District Office of State Senator Florence Shapiro. In addition to her work in political and public affairs, Ashley co-runs a local real estate development and property management company.
