Family Activities in Austin
Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail – located in the heart of Austin, the Lady Bird Hike and Bike Trail runs along the bank of the Lady Bird Lake. This trail is a great place to run/walk or enjoy the view of the water. There are also vendors that offer water sport activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking/canoeing, rowing, etc. These vendors are located throughout the trail.

Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum – The Bob Bullock Museum offers an exciting depiction of the dynamic history of the State of Texas, and makes an excellent activity suitable for the entire family. The museum also houses one of the only IMAX theatres in the city.
